Lucy Farey-Jones

Founder, Chief Strategy Officer

Lucy has 20+ years of experience working with the world’s top brands.  Prior to founding Register Ventures she was co-founder and CSO of Venables Bell + Partners, which was named one of the “Top 100 Most Innovative Companies” by Fast Company and Business Insider featured Lucy as one of the Top 30 Creative Women in the World.

An industry thought leader and 2019 TED speaker, her ideas have appeared in Fast Company, Forbes, Mashable and Boing Boing.  She holds a BA and an MA from Oxford University. Lucy has been awarded 11 Effies for marketing effectiveness and serves on three non-profit boards.

Christoph Von Ruexleben

Partner, Managing Director

Christoph has a background in economics and strategy, previously working on both agency and client side. In his last role, he led new business for Venables Bell + Partners — helping the agency to be recognized by Ad Age’s “A-List” as a Top-10 agency in the US. He also co-founded Fellow, a women’s mentorship platform.  

Christoph has ridden waves on six continents, climbed 6,000-meter peaks, and traveled by car from San Francisco to the southernmost point in South America.
